17 November 2021 - Five NUS Computing PhD students were recently awarded the Google PhD Fellowship Program 2021. Shen Li, Soundarya Ramesh, Teodora Baluta, Tianyuan Jin and Qinbin Li were awarded the Fellowships, which are awarded to graduate students doing exceptional and innovative research in computer science and related fields, such as algorithms, human-computer interaction, machine learning and mobile computing.

We are proud to share that 15 faculty members from NUS Business School were recently recognised among the Top 2% of Scientists Worldwide, in a study by Stanford University.

A team of young inventors from NUS Engineering is making a big step forward in bringing new ‘HOPES’ to glaucoma patients. Their wearable device, called Home Eye Pressure E-skin Sensor, or HOPES, which is designed for safe, accurate, pain-free and low cost intraocular pressure (IOP) monitoring at home, has been selected as one of three global winners for the prestigious James Dyson Award this year.
