A first-of-its-kind study led by Associate Professor Jia Lile from the Department of Psychology at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences found that extreme debtors have a low capacity to regulate their behaviour but hold an illusory perception of high capacity, which may expose them to further debt accumulation.
NUS Computing will co-host and operate a blockchain research centre alongside the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to advance cutting-edge research into blockchain technology, deepen blockchain capabilities and support industry growth.
The NUS programme welcomed students from countries including Brunei, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
