The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS Medicine) has achieved international acclaim for its innovative educational approach, securing the Bronze Award in the Blended and Presence Learning category at the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition, presented in London, highlights the school's Integrated Blended Medical Curriculum as a global leader in educational innovation, chosen from over 1,600 worldwide submissions. Associate Professor Dinesh Kumar Srinivasan, Medical Science Lead for Cardiovascular System, presented the work at the conference and accepted the award on behalf of the interdisciplinary team.

This award-winning curriculum fundamentally redefines early medical education by integrating a system-based approach with purposeful blended delivery and AI-enabled learning support. It moves beyond traditional discipline-specific teaching, fostering interdisciplinary reasoning through clinical scenarios and active, team-based learning in a flipped-classroom model. The inclusion of an AI-powered question-and-answer platform further enhances personalised student support. This thoughtful combination of pedagogy, technology, and clinical relevance underscores NUS Medicine's commitment to preparing future doctors for the dynamic demands of healthcare.
